Fee-Sharing Agreements
As permitted by law, we enter into fee-sharing agreements with all types of lawyers. Even if the referring attorneys do not specialize in Injury cases, we are still willing to accept their cases. For example, we have entered into referral arrangements with employment lawyers and family law lawyers (As long as they are members of the Bar, and they are attorneys in their jurisdiction).
The amount of the referral fee percentage agreed to is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Patricia A. Law and Associates Attorneys at law have always been able to reach an equitable fee-sharing arrangement with a referring attorney.
